Wow, that's some really cool update on a progress of a new album! Love it! Can't wait for the guitars update!

Cynic influenced song, hmm, great drumming, but so much bands seems to be influenced by Cynic nowadays...especially since they reformed.

btw, that "2012" modified Peavey looks cool but I guess it isn't yours guys...you share rehearsal space with other bands, right?

Thanks! Don't make too much up from the "Cynic" -title, I'm not sure how much the song will sound like Cynic in the end... but there definitely is some resemblance in some parts.

That's Silver's Peavey. He used to have "Amoral" text there, but he changed it to 2012 after he left the band. And yeah, we have Amoral, Shear and The Nibiruan rehearsing in the same space.

cool hard to say if it sounds anything like cynic judging by the drums alone, but I'm sure it'll be good stuff. Are the songs any heavier than the average SYC-song? I sure hope so, and I'm sure a bunch of others do too

Hey guys, are you goin' to also compose any songs for the new album, besides Ben? I guess it would be interesting to hear what kind of musical ideas for example Valtteri or Pekka have in their heads Or even Ari, as he's into playing guitar too and I think it should help to make the new album more variable...

and btw. what kind of amp Valtteri now use, since Silver took his "2012" back?
